Directions:
- Minimum dose: Take three (3) tablets 30-45 minutes before exercise.
- Optimal dose and for those over 200 lbs, take five (5) tablets 30--45 minutes before exercise.
Note: If your lean body mass (LBM) is higher than average for your size, as a minimum dose take five (5) tablets 30-45 minutes before exercise and as an optimal dose and for those over 200 lbs, take eight (8) tablets 30-45 minutes before exercise

Table 1 demonstrates a greater reduction in creatine kinase (a marker of muscle damage) and muscle soreness with BCAA supplementation compared to a carbohydrate solution and placebo.
