Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat or 2% milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 3 packets Nutrasweet/Equal or other non-caloric sweetener
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice for a thicker shake.
