I am not a member of any health club and I don’t own any exercise equipment. Can I use walking to reach my weight loss goal?

Answer: Yes! Walking is the easiest and oldest form of physical activity. When walking is used in conjunction with an appropriate calorie diet, weight loss will occur.  One way of tracking your progress is to purchase an inexpensive pedometer to keep track of your steps. Once you get into a routine of walking on a daily basis, strive to reach 10,000 steps per day.
