Recipe
  • 4 oz of pumpkin spice coffee creamer (We used Chobani Pumpkin Spice Creamer)
  • 5oz of Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 shots of espresso (chilled) or 1/2 cup of strong coffee (chilled)
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla WheySmooth
  • 5oz Vanilla Oatmilk ( Or Milk of choice)
  • ice to desired consistency (We used about 2 cups)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice or more coffee if necessary to thicken or thin mixture. Pour into a cup, and some whipped cream on top with a dash of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
