🔐 Password Help

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
Click the person icon in the top right corner of the dotFIT website and select “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a reset link. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it right away.

How do I reset my password?
Open the menu icon () in the top left corner, go to “My Account,” then select “My Info.” From there, you can update your password, billing, and shipping details.


🛒 Ordering dotFIT Products

What’s the best way to order?
You can shop two ways:

  1. Build Your Program: Get a customized supplement and nutrition plan based on your goals. Once complete, click “Your Dietary Support” from your Summary Overview to view your recommended products. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Shop Directly: Visit our Store and browse by category: Weight Loss, Health, Nutrition, Performance, or Accessories. Add your favorites to your cart and follow the checkout prompts.

At checkout, you’ll confirm shipping/billing info and can choose to make items recurring for consistent delivery and savings.

Purchase the dotFIT Free Shipping Plan:

  • $6.95/month or $69.95/year

🔁 Managing Recurring Orders

To adjust your recurring order, go to My Account > Recurring, where you can:

  • Change product quantities
  • Adjust shipping frequency and dates
  • Update your billing/shipping info
  • Pause, reactivate, or cancel an order
  • Choose email or SMS shipment notifications

🎯 Changing Your Fitness Goal

Can I change my goal?
Yes! On your Summary Overview, click the blue “+” button in the lower right corner, then choose “New Program.” All your previous info is saved—just update your goal and you’re on your way.
