I don't recommend this product with water alone. This may taste better than most powders but it still has a weird aftertaste. Instead try out this blend with a scoop of AmnioBoostXXL:

1/4C of Apple Juice
1/4 of a banana
1C of fruit (I use a frozen mix: strawberry, blueberry and blackberry. I run under hot water to soften but not completely defrost)
Oikos Greek Yogurt, Plain (2 scoops)
1-3tsp Honey. Remember each tsp is about 15 calories so be aware of how much you use.
Ice Cubes (just a few will do)

Blend until smooth. Feel free to make adjustments on ingredients, I "eye balled" the measurements and it tasted great. This is about 100-200 calories.
