What kind of diet adjustments do you recommend for menopause? I'm peri menopausal right now---51 years old.


Diet adjustments during menopause would depend on your current eating habits, intake levels of essential nutrients such as protein, vitamins and minerals, and if you have any medical conditions, and/or fitness or weight control goals.

In general, we like to make sure you’re getting the appropriate number of calories, adequate amounts of essential nutrients, and more protein if you’re active and/or trying to lose weight.
