Thanks for the question and we’re glad someone finally asked it! The quick answer is that it can be added to anything but designed to be added to our unflavored protein powders, and therefore the exact amount of the packet works perfectly with one serving of the dotFIT powders so that they taste specifically as designed (however, you can adjust as preferred). That said, all of us here at headquarters and many of the dotFIT fitness professionals, have been adding it to other things including unsweetened cereals (e.g. traditional corn flakes, cheerios, etc.) ice creams and yogurts, and as long as you adjust the amount you put on the food so that the taste is not too strong or weak, you’ll find it works great on many other foods. The bottom line is that is perfectly fine to use on anything you like but it will be up to adjust the dosage to your preference.
