2 scoops Creamy Vanilla Pre/Post Workout Formula

Half cup fresh blueberries

Half cup fresh strawberries

Half cup fresh raspberries

1.5 cups nonfat or 2% milk

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice for a thicker shake.
