Use and Burn Calories
This is one of the easiest ways I have found to burn calories. It's small and light weight. Perfect for traveling. I keep it on my desk and use it for 3 to 4 minutes a few times a day. You don't need to change your clothes or even put on sneakers. Just pick it up, start jumping and burn calories. No tripping over the rope.
