What is the dotFIT Program?
The dotFIT Program is a comprehensive online fitness and nutrition plan. The exercise component is powered by the experts at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the food database is powered by CalorieKing. Using our proprietary Fitness Intelligence Technology, the dotFIT Program walks you through a short series of questions so you can create a fitness program integrated with a nutrition plan that is precisely right for you. It’s flexible, convenient and best of all—it works!


How much does the dotFIT Program cost?
There are a variety of subscription options to choose from. You can sign up for a low monthly fee, or you can purchase a quarterly or annual subscription. If you're a member of a dotFIT gym or fitness center, your dotFIT  subscription may be included as part of your gym membership or personal training package.

How can I sign up for phone coaching?
If you're a member of a dotFIT gym or fitness center, a coaching session with a live personal trainer or with a dotFIT phone coach may be included with your dotFIT subscription. If you're not a member of a dotFIT club or fitness center, you may purchase phone coaching as part of your subscription, or you may choose to purchase coaching anytime you need a little extra help or motivation.

How do I cancel my dotFIT Program subscription?

It’s easy – just log in with your dotFIT user name and password, click on My Account, and click on Orders and Subscriptions.  Then click “Cancel my subscription” below the dotFIT Me logo.


How do I get 20% off dotFIT products online?
Sign up for the dotFIT Program! Just complete your subscription purchase and then start shopping. Please note, this requires 2 transactions. You must completely purchase your subscription (first transaction) and then place an order for dotFIT products (second transaction). The discount applies to dotFIT brand products only.
